You can have total confidence in 24/7 support through our home care alarms – now and after the digital telecare switchover in 2025 – with the Lifeline Smart Hub. These units work with a large range of home sensors or as personal devices; triggered by personal or environmental events, such as falls, smoke, inactivity, or flooding. Once triggered, the home care alarm connects to a response centre and, in some cases, triggers an audible alarm throughout the property.
And now with Lifeline Digital, a whole new generation of modern telecare is ready to provide future-ready connectivity.
Equipped with advanced, optimised features, from multiple alarm paths to reliable signalling, this home hub is all systems go for the digital switchover.

Telecare sensors and alarms
Tunstall Healthcare provides a range of innovative sensors that can be integrated into the users home, based on their needs, tailored to meet an individual’s specific requirements.
Fall detectors and panic alarms include the MyAmie pendant alarm, iVi intelligent pendant and the Vibby fall detector, all providing reassurance around the home.
These wearable devices all have an alarm button that connects the user to the monitoring centre when pressed.
The iVi and Vibby also automatically detect falls, immediately connecting the user to the centre without any further action from them.
The Tunstall GO, allows for reassurance outside of the home, featuring GPS locator, fall detection, SOS button and two-way communication with the monitoring centre.
The Sound Boost is an amplifier, used to ensure that the individual can hear the response centre from anywhere in their home.
Environmental sensors can be placed strategically around the home to detect changes in the environment, such as CO, fire or smoke, flooding or inactivity. These automatically sound an alarm throughout the home, as well as connecting to the monitoring centre for the relevant services to be notified.
Digital Telecare Solutions
By 2025, all UK telephone lines will have moved from analogue to digital, meaning all monitored telecare devices need to be digitally enabled.
