Enabling VoLTE protects the long-term performance of your telecare solution.

Reliable, responsive connectivity through modern networks

Our telecare solutions are designed with high availability in mind, leveraging the strength of modern digital networks such as 4G. By moving away from legacy infrastructure, we ensure consistent, dependable performance supporting service continuity when it matters most.

Calls connect swiftly over these modern networks, offering faster response times and even greater reliability. In moments of need, this quick and consistent connectivity provides users with the reassurance that support is always close at hand.

Broader and even more reliable coverage

4G networks now offer extensive coverage across the UK, surpassing older network infrastructures. VoLTE takes advantage of this, providing consistent connectivity.

Future-proof connectivity

With 2G and 3G networks being phased out, VoLTE ensures continued compatibility with the evolving digital landscape. Tunstall devices using VoLTE are ready for the future, keeping users connected without interruption.

Your trusted telecare partner for the digital switchover

Tunstall Lifeline Digital is our next generation home hub supporting IP alarm calls and the analogue to digital switchover.

It builds on decades of experience and expertise in telecare monitoring services, ensuring straightforward, reliable assistance with minimal hassle. The unit works with a large range of unobtrusive sensors located throughout the home, or as personal devices worn on the body. Alarm units are triggered by personal or environmental events such as bed occupancytemperature changes and motion, detecting specific movements and events that require emergency assistance, to which monitoring centres can then respond.

Most importantly, it’s engineered to be fully interoperable with the emerging digital care technologies and services.

Supporting Connected Communities

Health, housing and social care services provide life changing support to the people who need it most. However, our ageing society, the recruitment and retention crisis in health and care, as well as pressure on public sector budgets, mean these services are facing unsustainable levels of demand.

As a health and care technology solutions provider, we can help.

Technology is not a panacea, but can be a crucial part of ensuring we meet the challenges ahead as a society, and enabling a cultural shift towards more preventative and outcomes-based approaches.
