Lifeline Digital is a Technology Enabled Care (TEC) platform that can automatically activate alarm calls to a monitoring centre through peripheral sensors or manually by pressing the alarm button. The device has excellent connectivity options, including Ethernet, Wi-Fi and cellular networks, with a 4G/LTE modem and fallback options to 3G and 2G networks. It also supports VoIP and VoLTE voice calls, and has inbuilt IP signalling
capability pre-configured to support CENELEC protocols. The platform is designed to support Tunstall’s existing devices, and can connect up to 64
telecare sensors. It is compatible with Tunstall’s Device Management Platform (DMP) and Tunstall+ app for easy configuration and installation via a mobile phone.
