IP Connector can transform systems as old as 25 years from analogue to digital, including  Communicall Vi, Vi IP, Connect, DECT, Piper Haven with TIC, and Vision. 

IP Connector retrofits onto existing equipment near the control unit, converting all scheme calls to the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) to NOW-IP protocols. All other equipment such as speech modules and telecare sensors are unaffected, meaning both residents and staff can continue using familiar systems without disruption. 

Using IP Connector to convert existing scheme technology enables providers to plan and implement a digital strategy over time, phasing investment in completely new systems rather than requiring significant capital outlay ahead of January 2027.
