TECS provides 24/7 background support, and can be adjusted according to the needs of each individual user for personalised care. Lifeline Digital is at the heart of the system, providing an easy to use platform that can connect to a range of other sensors and wearables. Devices around the home can alert a monitoring centre in the case of events such as floods, fires or carbon monoxide leaks, and wearables can automatically detect falls, or enable the user to request help at the press of a button, at home and out and about. Quick responses to these incidents can mitigate their effects, and as technology advances we become more able to predict and prevent them.

No. Tunstall supports people of all ages who want the reassurance of having help to hand. Whether you just want a little extra reassurance, or are recovering from a hospital stay, age isn’t a barrier to using our services.

Not at all. Our devices are designed to be simple and straightforward. One button connects you to our specialist response centre. The Tunstall 365 app is optional and built for ease of use, so families can stay connected without complexity.

Absolutely. Tunstall 365 can provide support to multiple people living in the same home, but each will require their own pendant. You will only need one Lifeline Digital home unit, and one £25 per month payment. Please contact us should you wish to purchase an additional pendant.
We provide background reassurance allowing you to continue to live your life however you wish. Whether you’re pottering around at home or doing a spot of gardening, we’re there for peace of mind, not to slow you down.
We aim to answer most calls within 60 seconds, but it is often quicker.
