Remote patient monitoring as a service
Remote patient monitoring, also known as telehealth, enables patients to capture vital signs and symptoms in their own home or care homes, utilising technology, including apps and medical grade devices.
Tunstall’s Integrated Care Platform (ICP) is an approved, tried and tested Class 1 medical device that can enable health and care provider organisations to streamline patient care, by monitoring them remotely.
The combination of app and software enables the solution to be rapidly deployed and offers support when it comes to:
- the discharge of patients from hospital
- protecting the wellbeing of vulnerable patients without the need for face-face contact
- identifying the deterioration of health in patients at an earlier stage
- improving outcomes in patients with long term conditions
Dedicated remote patient monitoring programmes can be developed and deployed quickly, and scaled and adapted responsively according to clinical need, seasonal and environmental risks, and technological innovation.

Remote patient monitoring devices, both in the community or residential care
Trusted by providers and patients around the world and successfully used by NHS Trusts for a variety of needs, Tunstall offers a proven, easy-to-use and versatile telehealth solution with remote patient monitoring and management.
ICP triagemanager enables remote monitoring, risk stratification and management of patients by clinical and service teams – a clinical triage system at the heart of the Tunstall remote patient monitoring platform.
myMobile is a single-user app for individuals in the community. It enables patient engagement in the management of long-term conditions, comorbidities and risk factors, by using the patient’s own device and smart watch, or a supplied tablet and peripherals that record vital signs.
myKiosk is a multi-user app that allows clinical staff to assess the level of risk or need for intervention in grouped living environments such as care homes by recording vital signs from Bluetooth-enabled monitoring devices. The app transmits data to ICP triagemanager, providing the home with a clear picture of each resident’s health as a valuable reference for discussion with other medical professionals, such as GPs.
