At the same time:

  • The user’s location and alert type are shared
  • Operators can speak directly through the device
  • The appropriate support can be coordinated quickly and effectively

 

The companion Ally App provides carers and professionals with real-time visibility of alerts, location, activity and device status — supporting more informed, proactive care.
