Few British companies have a history of growth like Tunstall. We began as a small television and radio shop in Yorkshire, and more than 65 years later we are a UK manufacturer with a global presence. We were the first to use technology to enable people to get help in an emergency, and today our pioneering software, hardware and services enable health, housing and social care providers to empower people to live more independently and with an improved quality of life.

Our Production Facility supports the manufacture of over 1.3m devices each year. Not only is manufacturing in-house more cost effective, it also allows us to operate flexible manufacturing lines, adapting the product mix to meet the needs of our customers. It ensures high and controlled quality of the devices we design in-house and enables close cooperation between our design and manufacturing teams which ensures we design for cost, quality and manufacturability.

We blend British design and manufacturing with externally sourced innovation to create a comprehensive portfolio of services, underpinned by our global experience of making care and health services more personalised, preventative and therefore cost-effective.
