Mark Hindle

UK&I Managing Director

Mark Hindle joined Tunstall on 3rd March 2025 as UK & Ireland Managing Director, bringing over 20 years of experience in the health technology sector, leading multinational companies across diverse markets. He has a deep understanding of the UK and Ireland markets, having worked closely with local government and NHS structures, and knows what is needed to drive growth. As we enter our seventh decade of operations, Mark is leading on an exciting and impactful new chapter for Tunstall.

Tom Dodd

Director of Strategic Engagement

Dr Thomas Dodd is an experienced leader in digital health and care, with a background spanning strategy, change management and programme leadership across public and private sectors. He specialises in using data and digital innovation to support outcome-based commissioning and more proactive models of care. Tom has held senior roles across health, housing and care organisations, working closely with local authorities, NHS partners and private providers to improve service delivery and sustainability. He is particularly focused on enabling predictive approaches that reduce crisis demand and strengthen preventative care. Alongside his executive responsibilities, Tom serves in non-executive board roles within the housing and care sector, contributing to governance, strategy and organisational resilience.

Katie Nicolaou

People Director

Katie brings nearly two decades of experience in HR, underpinned by a BSc in Information Management & Business, a Masters in Human Resource Management, and FCIPD accreditation. Her career spans a broad range of sectors – including the NHS, retail, financial services, manufacturing and engineering – with roles ranging from policy development and advisory positions to regional leadership and strategic business partnering at organisations such as Asda, Vaultex and Element. Since joining Tunstall three years ago as Group People Partner, Katie has played a central role in shaping the organisation’s people strategy and stepped into the UKI & Group People Director role in June 2025. Having successfully led a period of restructuring, her focus is now on supporting growth, strengthening engagement and culture, and ensuring Tunstall continues to be a great place to work.

Chris Smith

Finance Director

Chris joined Tunstall in 2023 and brings more than 20 years of finance leadership experience across global technology, telecommunications, FMCG and manufacturing organisations. He has a strong track record of transforming finance teams into true business-partnering functions, working closely with executive leaders to drive clarity, accountability and better decision-making. As Finance Director, Chris leads on strengthening financial insight, governance and investment discipline to support sustainable growth as the business continues to evolve its technology solutions.

Nikki Williams

Director of Solution Delivery and Innovation

Nikki joined Tunstall in 2017 as a Product Manager and has since held roles spanning both hardware and software, giving her deep insight into the full breadth of Tunstall’s solutions. She brings experience from product and marketing positions across finance, sport and property, and now leads Solution Delivery and Innovation, ensuring Tunstall continues to develop and deliver technology that meets the evolving needs of customers and partners.
