The Tunstall Partner Programme has been developed to bring greater consistency, certainty and collaboration to the way we work with organisations across the sector. By establishing clear expectations, predictable processes and transparent service standards, the programme helps partners integrate with Tunstall platforms in a more stable and supported way.
We work with a wide range of organisations, from device manufacturers to data and service delivery partners. To ensure the right level of assurance and support for each, the programme is structured around three partnership pathways:
Device Partner Programme
For manufacturers whose products need to interoperate reliably with Tunstall’s ARC platforms. This pathway provides structured testing, accreditation and ongoing support to ensure devices remain stable, compatible and well-supported over time.
Data Partner Programme
For organisations who share, receive or exchange data with Tunstall platforms. This pathway ensures data flows are secure, predictable and supported through defined technical standards, documentation and ongoing validation.
Delivery Partner Programme
Delivery Partners are organisations who build or deliver people-centred services using data from Tunstall platforms on behalf of shared customers for example, response providers, wellbeing services, outreach teams or community support partners.
