Purpose

The Tunstall Partner Programme

The programme has been created to bring greater consistency, confidence and collaboration to the way we work with organisations across the sector. As the telecare and digital health landscape continues to change, partners tell us they need clearer expectations, predictable processes and transparent service standards. This programme delivers exactly that.

By providing structured pathways, shared technical standards and a clearer operating model, we help partners integrate with Tunstall platforms in a stable, supported and future-proofed way.

We work with a wide range of organisations: device manufacturers, data partners, service delivery teams and community organisations. To ensure each receives the right level of assurance and support, the programme is built around three partnership pathways.

For manufacturers whose products need to interoperate reliably with Tunstall’s ARC platforms. This pathway offers structured testing, formal accreditation and ongoing lifecycle support, helping devices stay stable, compatible and well-supported as platforms evolve.
For organisations who share, receive or exchange data with Tunstall platforms. This pathway ensures data flows are secure and dependable, with clear technical standards, documentation and validation processes to support both operational and analytical use.

For organisations delivering people-centred services using Tunstall data — for example response providers, wellbeing teams, outreach services and community support organisations. This pathway provides a framework for safe, consistent service delivery and stronger collaboration around shared customers.
