Leading partner for providers of technology-enabled health and care services, Tunstall Healthcare, will be revealing its latest Connected Care and Connected Health solutions at this year’s National Children and Adult Services Conference in Manchester.

As stated in the Care Quality Commission’s State of Health Care and Adult Social Care in England 2015/16 report, social care and primary care are facing unprecedented demand and financial challenges, making it vital for Directors to examine new ways of delivering services. Tunstall has developed a range of management and technology solutions which can help to provide more sustainable care, including Tunstall LifeCareTM, a unique approach which uses technology to underpin system redesign and culture change to enable improved outcomes and deliver significant financial savings across social care, health and housing. Based on the three Ds of Design, Delivery and Development, the LifeCare approach is modular, meaning customers can choose support with specific areas or to partner with Tunstall for the whole service.

Visitors to Stand D14 can find out more about how technology can improve care for users and deliver care more efficiently in the community, including evidence of how some commissioners are already beginning to realise the potential of Connected Care and Connected Health.

A conference highlight will be Tunstall’s Speakers’ Corner session at 1.15pm on Wednesday 2nd November, at which point External Affairs Director Ali Rogan and Steve Tope Regional Account Director will explore New Models of Care, Enabled by Technology. Attendees will discover innovative new approaches which use technology as an enabler to transform service delivery, managing demand with integrated and effective models of care.

Kevin Alderson, UK Sales & Marketing Director, commented: “

We’re delighted to be attending the NCAS Conference, and look forward to sharing our latest innovations in mobile and digital health and technological advances in care and communication with delegates. Our LifeCare model has great potential to help address some of the challenges facing social care, and this event offers an excellent opportunity to explore this approach with attendees.”
