From Tuesday 10th to Thursday 12th May our UK Operations Team will be attending our Professional Development Day. Although we have scheduled staff attendance to ensure that all departments have an adequate level of cover, at peak times there is a small possibility that customers may experience delays in service.
Please be assured that we have taken all possible measures to minimise any disruption that may be caused, and the vast majority of customers will be unaffected.
