Leading partner for providers of technology enabled care services, Tunstall Healthcare, will be revealing its vision for the future of integrated health, care and housing provision at this year’s Telecare Services Association International Telecare and Telehealth Conference in Wales.
Staff will be available on stand 15 to talk to customers about how we can support their growth, helping them to expand services, enter new markets and promote their success. Tunstall will also be showcasing its 21st century technology enabled care solutions which set a benchmark for the future of care and support services. Our whole life solutions and integrated service models provide a foundation to support people with a wide range of needs across the analogue, digital and mobile health platforms, including:
New Communicall ViIP –Tunstall’s latest interactive communications system for grouped living environments combines third party hardware with Tunstall software and touchscreen interface designed to enhance the user and provider experience. The system provides a platform for person-centred telecare solutions, including a unique walk and talk speech pendant. Installing the system using Cat6 cabling enables schemes to take advantage of forthcoming developments, such as the cost-effective provision of broadband, telephony and WiFi direct to residents. Other facilities to support social inclusion can be included, such as electronic noticeboard, digital kiosk and the myworld information portal.
mymedic II and myclinic– The latest telehealth solutions from Tunstall provide touchscreen functionality and medical grade devices to support and empower patients to take control of their own health conditions in any location. The systems enable clinicians to track trends and intervene at an early stage should signs and symptoms indicate this may be necessary, improving outcomes and reducing cost.
New Tunstall AHM (Active Health Management) mobile apps – Tunstall’s newly expanded global health portfolio includes market leading mobile apps for supported health management in an active model of care, which enables health and care professionals to offer supported self-management programmes. Patients can use the mTrax app on a variety of platforms to keep track of vital signs and more, and mPro enables professionals to review key health and fitness indicators for multiple patients enabling efficient remote care. This unique solution enables data from a wide range of peripherals and devices to be easily reviewed using a single portal.
myworld - A touchscreen tablet-based system offering access to relevant information and support, myworld is a revolutionary new concept in supported living, providing people who are not computer savvy with ready access to a wealth of relevant information and the means to connect easily and safely with caregivers, family, friends and their community. Using their individual tablets, users have control over important aspects of their day-to-day lives, and can view, request and schedule appointments such as care visits, report repairs, order meals, find out about social events and send and receive messages and emails to and from family and friends.
iVi – Following extensive investigation, Tunstall is pleased to announce that the iVi intelligent pendant has now returned to production and would like to take the opportunity to thank its customers for their contribution to the investigations, and for their patience. Priority is being given to replacements, but they have begun to fulfil existing orders.
Support services - Tunstall’s unique marketing support service offers providers a range of support to help customers engage stakeholders and promote and grow their services. Tunstall services can be tailored to meet specific needs, from strategic marketing planning and implementation, to helping with one off campaigns and a whole host of collateral, media and events.
