The Housing Learning and Improvement Network, GGI and Contact Consulting have pooled their expertise to develop a series of three new Board Assurance Prompts designed to give both practical and strategic support to organisations seeking to incorporate telecare and/or telehealth into their service offering in order to support the provision of excellent housing.
The three Board Assurance Prompts are:
Including Extra Care, sheltered housing, residential/nursing home care, across a range of tenures and including specialist dementia care (EMI).
Including the benefits of telehealthcare for local authority housing departments, housing associations/Registered Provides, ALMOs, as well as home improvement agencies and handyperson
services that support older homeowners.
Including adults with a learning disability, people living with mental health issues, domestic violence,
physical disabilities, dementia, children’s services, homelessness, alcohol/drug related issues.
