Tunstall's products and services play a pivotal role in supporting older people and those with long-term needs to live independently, by effectively managing their health and well-being.
Customer Relationship Director - Scotland

Working closely with our Scottish customers in housing, health and social care; and Tunstall's sales and service teams, you will develop and deliver a new, world class customer support function across all product areas, aligned with Tunstall's passion for innovative, person centred care and support services. You must be able to demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, a passion for quality and the drive and determination to exceed customer expectations.
Key deliverables include:
- Delivery of world class customer pre and post sales support
- To act as the "Champion" for Tunstall Scotland - both for customers and employees
- Deliver a superior, person centred, customer experience
- To ensure that installations, service processes and SLA's are exceeded
- Ensure effective management of subcontract resources
The ideal candidate will have significant experience of working in a B2B environment selling technology based solutions.
